It took several months but I’m starting to get myself back in riding shape again. I’ve ridden the 100 mile version of the Tour of Napa Valley four years in a row and didn’t want to break the streak. I didn’t feel like I had 100 miles in my legs so I rode the 68 mile version with my good friend Ken (Mr Fixie) Emerson. He rode his silver fixed gear bike and I was chasing after him all day. Fortunately, he waited on me several times so we finished together. It was a fun day and a quick ride, about five hours on the road.
My ride photos and GPS output are here.
